AVOID!! Multiple issues across all categories. Vehicle purchased has a radiator leak that we repaired ourselves after it wasn't disclosed at time of purchase. Then I receive a call today from the Lienholder of my trade saying they received the title for my new vehicle they aren't financing!! Its been 6 weeks since the transaction (9/10/2020) and my vehicle is in someone else's name, my credit took a hit, and I'm still doing repairs plus maintenance on vehicle that I just bought. I have called Adam's multiple times, text Jimmy as well, with zero resolution. Azziz(?) is who they send you to as manager, she's not a manager and is beyond incompetent. More

Rude! The location off of Independence puts a whole new meaning on bad business practice! More like SCAMMERS! Do not go here. Cars are shifty, dry rotted tires, bad brakes, and they don't want to fix anything. Spent almost $20,000 on a lemon. I am reporting them to the BBB, and calling Channel 9. I’m not even sure where to begin. I went to Adams Auto Group on South Blvd and dealt with Chuck. He gave me a trade in value for my vehicle that was comparable to what we had been given at other dealershi Group on South Blvd and dealt with Chuck. He gave me a trade in value for my vehicle that was comparable to what we had been given at other dealerships, found a vehicle and signed the papers. They told me they had do some bumper and detail work on the vehicle and would call us when it was ready the next day. (Chuck said it was a new vehicle that hadn’t completed the full inspection yet) The next day came and went, never heard from anyone. We called them day 2 and the vehicle still had not been detailed, but we asked about possibly upgrading to a larger and more expensive vehicle with my trade in. Here comes the “fun.” We get 20min away to either get the original vehicle or purchase a different one and Chuck has someone else call us to say he couldn’t get the new vehicle sent over to their location so we needed to drive 45min in the opposite direction to see if we liked it better. We get there, test drive, decide to go with the vehicle there. We get inside and deal with a 21 year old manager that honestly has no clue about cars, customer service or management and he tells us the trade in is not the same there (same company keep in mind) and they were not interested in working out any type of deal. We get back into our vehicle and call Chuck, he said he would not keep the deal that we have IN WRITING any longer, after he had us driving all over NC and proceeded to hang up on me. Keep in mind, Chuck is the manager of one of their Charlotte locations. So, my advise is to go somewhere else, there is something VERY shady about these people and the business they do is a true old fashioned “used car hustle”. The cars look nice, prices seem good, but the business they run is not on the up and up, BUYER BEWARE. More
