Today I bright my 2013 335i in for the annual Texas State inspection (which is now only an emission test). They identified that the brake fluid replacement was due and we took care of it without any further delay. There were no other issues and the entire experience was finished in less than two hours. My service advisor Eduardo did a fantastic job. From setting up the appointment only the day before to getting my car checked in quickly and the inspection started promptly, he stayed on top of everything and communicated several times with me to keep me informed, answer my questions, and obtain my approval for the additional work. All around it was a great experience that was handled smoothly and efficiently so I was able to get out quickly and get on with my day. Kudos to Advantage Midtown BMW and Eduardo! More
