Interesting tidbit is that while speaking with a trainee today, she asked how long our business relationship has been. I told her that we’d not been happy at all with other advisors, to which she quickly stated she agreed from her experience with some of the others because she observed immediately that Eduardo exhibits the type of customer service she wants to learn and emulate in her permanent position.
