Quick and efficient service on my vehicle — the team was careful and got the oil change done promptly. The service advisor was friendly and thorough throughout the process. However, I was surprised to le careful and got the oil change done promptly. The service advisor was friendly and thorough throughout the process. However, I was surprised to learn there’s a $99 charge just to reset the “Vehicle Check” light, especially since it can be easily done through diagnostic mode. I was told by the advisor that I’d need to pay this fee if I wanted the light removed, even though the inspection was already completed before the oil change. It doesn’t make sense to charge for another inspection just to clear a reminder. This a big reason there is a push for the Right to Repair act. If I was an uneducated car owner or not familiar with my cars settings I would have forked out the $99 to reset the light. Absolutely ridiculous that this tactic will snag $99 from the avg car owner. It’s not the service advisors fault she’s just doing what she is told and taught. The dealerships as a whole need to be more transparent. More

They are overpriced. They also misdiagnosed my vehicle. Their proposed fix was $1,200, the actual fix was $25. Too big of a difference for me to trust them blindly. They also misdiagnosed my vehicle.
