If I could leave 1 star I would! ! I inquired about a used BMW Z4 early in the day on 4/29 at which time I was sent an email from sales associate Albie Sugiharto stating that the vehi ! I inquired about a used BMW Z4 early in the day on 4/29 at which time I was sent an email from sales associate Albie Sugiharto stating that the vehicle was available. We then spoke on the phone and he told me that he would email me an out the door price, which he did, andand told me that because I was from out of state I would have to have a PPI (private party inspection) done before I could buy the car. So, I ordered the inspection ($221) then emailed him letting him know the inspection was ordered and if I could place a deposit to hold the car. He never replied to the deposit request so I called him at 6pm and he told me the car was sold so I am now out the PPI money since it is non refundable. What kind of practice is this??? I thought we had a verbal agreement? Horrible customer service avoid at all costs. More

I found the service here to be great in terms of customer engagement. Got a video of the inspection done and quick update on the recommendations.
