Best BMW Midtown Experience I've been to the midtown location a few times and usually get crappy fo mediocre service at best but since it's up the street from my job, it's conven I've been to the midtown location a few times and usually get crappy fo mediocre service at best but since it's up the street from my job, it's convenient. This time David Guerrero was my service advisor and he is the absolute best. He was prompt, explained the services I'd be getting as well as suggestions needed based on the mileage, etc. I didn't get the run around when it came time to pick up my car by playing phone tag with him and the shuttle as I've experienced in the past. Going forward, David is my go to guy! More
