Satisfying . From the minute I walked in everybody was super super friendly in the service department Tom and Bill were really nice even though they made me wait . Horrible customer service Terrible customer service. Was told one thing the night I bought the car about a second key and the following day when I showed up with a check for pa Terrible customer service. Was told one thing the night I bought the car about a second key and the following day when I showed up with a check for payment in full was told something completely different. This problem is solved with an $88 new key fob and Hawk probably gets a 3 1/2 - 4 star rating. I just dropped over $12k and they have ruined their credibility over an $88 key fob. Great business model. The porters at this place are horrendous make sure you check your tire pressure and the cleanliness of your “detailed” vehicle as my tires weren’t full of air when I left the business and there was zero cleaning done to the inside of my car. Terrible experience purchasing a vehicle. If you’re prepared and have your facts straight you will be treated like a burden and a hindrance, but hey if you’re gullible and willing to bleed out of your pocketbook I’m sure they will treat you better than their first born. I personally won’t be going to buy another vehicle from this group, and I won’t recommend anybody else to purchase from them either. There is need and room for huge improvements at this business. Stay far away unless like I said you’re willing to bleed out of your pocketbook for them. More
