Shyster This salesman is a shyster, I never knew coming to this place would be a big mistake. I do not understand how this company can let a man of his calibe This salesman is a shyster, I never knew coming to this place would be a big mistake. I do not understand how this company can let a man of his caliber work there unless they all are dishonest How he can hurt people intentionally to get a sale is beyond me. Make sure you pay attention to the contract you are signing when buying a car for yourself or being a cosigner. Awesome Every time I bring my SUV into the shop to be worked on, I'm treated with nothing but respect. Bill Webb is great. I appreciate all of his knowledge and appreciate that he explaines everything to me before I leave. He doesn't just brush me off and push me out the door. I do have to say this is one of the cleanest shops I have been in. As long as Bill is there I will continue to get my work done here. When he wasn't there I stopped coming in and took my vehicle somewhere else. There was a rude employee heading the service department. I recommend my fellow Chevy drivers to go there and ask for Bill. Bill is Honest and respectful. I appreciate that quality!! More

Good Service But No Loaners Everytime I have taken my vehicle in for service I have requested a loaner but they never have them. Now mind you I purchased my vehicle at this deale Everytime I have taken my vehicle in for service I have requested a loaner but they never have them. Now mind you I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and also had recalls that needed to be done but no loaner. I also asked about rentals but they dont have them either, you must go down the block to enterprise. Very inconvenient. I have worked with dealerships that go above and beyond for their customers but this isn't one of them. More

Recall fixes I took my truck in for a recall, little did I know there was actually 2 recalls on my vehicle. I was told about the second recall in detail.
