Completely Unsatisfied I am not pleased with the service i received today. I arrived and was not greeted when arrived. I had to search for someone to help me. I had an appo I am not pleased with the service i received today. I arrived and was not greeted when arrived. I had to search for someone to help me. I had an appointment for an oil change. I could not have my tires rotated because of my spare being in place and they still charged me $42 plus tax totaling $46.32. That's only $7 less than having an oil change and a tire rotation. To top things off. The car wash couldn't be done because the machine was broken. Will not be bringing my car back. Will start today looking for better prices and better customer service. More

Excellent service Jennifer Gibbs made sure that my Chevy Express van had the bulkhead and the ladder rack installed and I was very pleased with the results. She also Jennifer Gibbs made sure that my Chevy Express van had the bulkhead and the ladder rack installed and I was very pleased with the results. She also ensured that the rear door was fixed because it had not been closing properly. They ordered a new lock for the glove compartment which would not close. It took a few days for the work to be completed so I was glad that Jennifer and Rocco had given me a free loaner to use while my vehicle was being worked on. More
