Usually I have to grab towels out of my trunk to dry it off because it would be given to me dripping wet. More

Not pleased with Juan My initial contact was with Juan. He did not want to correct a problem on my steering wheel. I had 22 days left on my warranty. He made a Service Manager go out to the car and look at it. The manager said Fix It. Juan said he would have to order a part. I said finee. He then told me that if it came in after my warranty expired I would have to pay for the repair. When I balked at that he saidid they would have to call GM. I told him to call whoever he wanted, I wasn't paying anything. More

I also wanted information on an extended warranty as I'm uncertain how long I will keep it. The warranty is pro-rated so if I decide to trade it within a couple of years, I will receive a refund of the unused portion. The cost of the extended warranty was very reasonable. He even assisted on a couple of vehicle operational settings which I had not been familiar. Ken in finance was also helpful and processed the paperwork as quickly as possible. Thanks, I will be returning for service. More
