He then told me that if it came in after my warranty expired I would have to pay for the repair. When I balked at that he saidid they would have to call GM. I told him to call whoever he wanted, I wasn't paying anything. More

I also wanted information on an extended warranty as I'm uncertain how long I will keep it. The warranty is pro-rated so if I decide to trade it within a couple of years, I will receive a refund of the unused portion. The cost of the extended warranty was very reasonable. He even assisted on a couple of vehicle operational settings which I had not been familiar. Ken in finance was also helpful and processed the paperwork as quickly as possible. Thanks, I will be returning for service. More

Very professional!! Never experience such service Iv been yelled at. I’ve been over priced, or payed double. I was always ignored or passed to another service attendant. Everytime I leave after getting a simple service completed, like an oil change or changing a headlight, my check engine light comes on and I end up having to go back to get something else done, which mysteriously happens to not be covered under the warranty and costs way too much!! My car is only 3yrs old, I keep up my maintenance and there's always a major repair that needs to be done after something simple. It never fails!!! More
