Got a big scratch edge on my driver side door, and dirtyseat I went to have my SUV engine light checked. They found no of problems and got it fixed. I was given a rental and time frame to have it fixed. They too I went to have my SUV engine light checked. They found no of problems and got it fixed. I was given a rental and time frame to have it fixed. They took almost a week and a half to fix it. When I came to pick my SUV I noticed the scratche and informed my service support Jennifer gib. She went to get her manager and he came out and argue that the scratch was there defore. He promised to have the camera review and check it. He promised that he will take care of it . A week ago this happened and still I have not received his call as he promised. Jennifer was polite and friendly but manager was no help. I have spent so much money in this dealership this year and before but their service is getting worse. This time my service bill was more than $8000. I am not happy with their service and I give manager 1 star for it. More
