Yes and No. Service yes and no on sales. Purchased a new 2018 Equinox Saturday, December 23, 2017. The deal included wheel locks. Hawk made a dealer trade to obtain the car we paid for and u Purchased a new 2018 Equinox Saturday, December 23, 2017. The deal included wheel locks. Hawk made a dealer trade to obtain the car we paid for and upon delivery Saturday, December 30, 2017 inspection the Equinox; failed to have the paid for in the deal and promised wheel locks on the car; pointed out to the salesman the failure of the Equinox to come equipped as promised and paid for wheel locks. Salesman," yes" that is because it was delivered from another dealer and further stated, " call me on Wednesday, January 03, 2018;" I will have them and bring the car back for installation and pointing out where I should park the car for immediate service. Wednesday, came and before I could call; the salesman called me and stated the wheel locks had not come in yet. Come in next Wednesday, January 10, 2018 and he will have them for sure. Meanwhile the critical customer satisfaction survey for the salesman arrived from General Motors and we rated the deal a 10 out of 10 anticipating the deal would be completed with wheel locks, installed, and torqued to factory specifications. Had no reason at the time to think the salesman would not complete the deal as promised and paid . Wednesday, January 10, 2018 driving the new Equinox to Hawk for installation of the paid for in the new car deal wheel locks and received a call from the salesman. He asked before I drive all the way in (approximately 20miles) to take a picture of the wheels as their is more than one style of wheel lock and he wanted to ensure he had the right ones and did not want me to waste my time. Told the salesman I will do no such thing. I am driving to your dealership for wheel locks to be installed, and torqued to factory specifications. I pull up and the salesman thanks me for the 10 out of 10 rating on the critical General Motors customer satisfaction survey and takes the key and the car disappears. While waiting for the car, the salesman approaches me and states cannot put the wheel locks on. He just cannot do it. However, if I paid $370.00 for four wheel locks that list on any web site for $ 85.00 and mind you we already paid for he would put them on. Calmly took my keys and left. The Equinox still does not have the promised and paid for wheel locks. As information this is the second new car we purchased from Hawk Chevrolet in Bridgeview. And as you can well imagine it is the last and I would not recommend Hawk for a new car. It appears once that critical satisfaction feedback form is completed; all promises are off. Words mean nothing. This car listed for over $37,000 and we do not like being the victims of being lied to by a salesman under any circumstances. All over promised $85.00 wheel locks. Our advice to anyone purchasing a new car from this salesman is to ensure the car is throughly complete as per the deal before completing the critical customer satisfaction form from General Motors; because once you do; apparently the word of the salesman is worthless. We did our part, we put $37,000 over the counter for a car that was delivered incomplete. That night when the family arrived home; looked for the wheel locks and of course none. Instead of admiring and being excited about our brand new car; the comments ring in my ears; we were lied to, right dad. And the answer, Yep. High marks for the sales manager, finance manager, and service department. Have every intention even though we pass dozens of Chevy dealerships on the way to Hawk for service will continue to do so because service has proven it does everything it states and more so. Now to anyone that has the ability to purchase a new car on a regular basis or a member of a dealership who is allowed to drive new cars everyday; this may not sound like much. But to this family this is a big investment ( five years of our family's budget is allocated for this car) and with it I hoped to have the real joy of that brand new car in the driveway and with this experience; it is not. It now has been over three months since the purchase and can tell you just as dissatisfied as the day the salesman stated he would not honor the full deal. More

Appointment kept and service completed as requested. Highly recommend as this is the most welcoming service center . When leaving have the feeling all was taken care of in the correct manner and I feel Highly recommend as this is the most welcoming service center .
