We've tried to contact you multiple times to rectify your experiance. I understand you purchased a $3,000 car and sometimes issues will come up with a used car. It definitely will not be perfect. It will not be perfect but we did service it for you as you asked including changing the brakes.

i am not trying to be sarcastic or a rude person. i would just like to know how HAWK can sell a car knowing that is is leaking oil. also, MR. SCHROEDER informed me that he had the owners manuel for me. because of the distance i would have to drive to get there and pay a toll, i ask if he could mail it to me? he stated he was unable. it would cost extra. I am assuming he made a commission on the sale. he could not have mailed it? the only reason i came back was to pick up the license plates. my number is 630-292-5476. my phone is with me 24 hours a day. i am on call at the hospital where i work. so i know my phone works. you can always leave a message ONCE again, I am noy trying to be a mean rude person. i am just upset over this whole issue. a fedex letter was sent to the GM A.W. lets get this situation settled please. thank you
