We went to Advantage Chevrolet to look at a Traverse I found on CarFax. Unfortunately it was not at the dealership (not their fault, we didn't make an appointment), but Frank had offered to go get it whic found on CarFax. Unfortunately it was not at the dealership (not their fault, we didn't make an appointment), but Frank had offered to go get it which would have taken at least an hour. Although we fully appreciated the offer, there was no way we could allow him to do that for us. He was super apologetic, but again it wasn't their fault. We made an appointment to come back the next morning and Frank had it detailed and washed by 9:00am waiting for us! He was super helpful throughout the whole process and extremely personable. We would definitely recommend Frank to friends and family in the future! More
