After a bad experience somewhere else, I brought my car to Advantage Chevy in Bridgeview. They went out of their way to help me especially Janette Sokacich, Service Advisor. She kept me informed on the status of my car and the work being done for over the 3 1/2 days my car was there. The job was very time consuming and I commend the tech that was doing the work the whole time. I was told by another shop that I would have to leave my car for 7 day minimum and maybe get it back in two weeks. Advantage had assigned a wonderful hard working tech to complete the job. Spent all day prior to arrival setting up a time to see a car with Raphael. Only to realize that he was not there and that someone else already was out (without anyone from the business) getting a mechanic t car with Raphael. Only to realize that he was not there and that someone else already was out (without anyone from the business) getting a mechanic to "look it over." Hence, creating the illusion that someone else was interested. I don't play games. The drive was brutal and took almost an hour an a half in drive time both ways. Save your money, time and respect for yourself to not shop here for a car. We went to CarMax as we always do anyway and got a better version of the car, with less mileage, less cost, professionals from the onset at CarMax...We were fools to think we could help out the small dealership with business, but my wife and I decided to not screw ourselves and within 4 hours of leaving this car wreck of a place we were sitting in a new car and all paperwork good to go. AND, our deal included a 100,000 mile warranty. Jovan was the only true professional in the joint. The rest were just swindlers from the get go. I imagine this review will get erased but at least we are trying to help those who can read it from taking the shaft. Literally and figuratively. Peace. More
