Over 1hr 35min. For a oil change. Waiting area some people are very loud on phone, and not wearing mask !! Service guy, Kevin, was yelling my name out, and yelling out work done, and amount. Brought my Vehicle to Hawk Chevy in Bridgeview after it failed the emmissions test. Service person Bill and your technicians initially couldn't find the problem but Bill made sure I was provided with a ni failed the emmissions test. Service person Bill and your technicians initially couldn't find the problem but Bill made sure I was provided with a nice loaner vehicle mine was in the shop. It took awhile to diagnose the problem but overall I was happy with the pleasant customer service I received and my vehicle did pass the emission. Overall I am very happy with your service. More
