I wanted to write a review on my Salesman Mark Ott. My experience started with a phone call to the store, asking for a experienced sales person. I was put through to Mark, and I'm happy I was able to meet experience started with a phone call to the store, asking for a experienced sales person. I was put through to Mark, and I'm happy I was able to meet him, and do business with Mark. The things I liked about Mark is that he is a little older like myself, and that he made me feel very comfortable, and that helped make are conversation go smoothly, we clicked, Mark will also make you laugh a little. Next thing, is the fact I respect Mark's work experience in the field, he is a true Car Professional that has done many different jobs in the car industry. Mark again with his demeanor will make you feel comfortable, if you decide to maybe give him a chance, to make you a offer on a new car. Mark was also very patient with me personally, I am not the easiest customer to walk in the door, I do my research and I am looking for a good deal, and a salesman who will get me, and accept the fact I'm going to be aggressive in my new car deal...A couple other things that I rally appreciated from Mark was the fact I came in alone all by myself to cut my deal, and after we completed the transaction, Mark called me on my way home to be sure I was feeling OK about everything, and that everything in the car was working fine, he new I lived far in Joliet, IL.. Mark not only called that night, but he called me the next two days to be sure I was good. I asked him a few more questions about the car, and Mark found me the answers to all my questions. On a final note, I noticed after a day that the store had missed a spot on the inside carpet area that they were to detail with a special coating. Mark looked at the car and agreed that there was a miss, so what does Mark say, bring the car in Monday, and not only will we re-detail the spot we missed, but the store will re-detail the entire car again. That's all one can ask for is to just make it right, and that's what Hawk Chevy under Mark Ott's direction did...I'm happy! If looking for a Chevrolet come see Mark Ott!
