Recall I brought my car on for a recall. I was told it would be about an hour and fifteen minutes. I was in and out within an hour. Free car wash was an adde I brought my car on for a recall. First complimentary servucing Wasnt told paying for tire rotation when booked visit, service rep seemed uncaring, and wouldn't wash my truck because of my mirrors. Konrad never rushed us even though we were at your dealership and several others. Hawk had the car on the lot that we choose and gave us ample time to discuss the car, test drive the car and never felt rushed or pushy trying to make a sale as other dealerships did.
