Thank you for taking the time to write this review. After speaking with all parties involved, it was determined that the tires (along with rims) on your trade vehicle, that you wished to "swap" with our brand new tires, had multiple plugs (repairs) in them. As a consumer, I'm sure you can appreciate our reasoning for rejecting these tires. The paint defect in your rear tailgate, unfortunately, was a defect from the manufacturer. I believe you are currently working with our Service Director to rectify this issue/concern. We will continue to learn from all reviews. Both positive and negative

I would like to be honored the tire swap stated on the contract that was agreed to when the sales associate and manager were eager to finalize the sale. After taking the tires to be swapped they did not return neither set of tires and were charging $250 for one tire. After agreeing to pay the $250, they would not take the payment and return the tires until I removed the bad reviews on BBB or dealer rater. I refused to remove the reviews and the sales associate Munir Nazer and Manager Kenneth Cosenza said there was nothing they could do for me. They did not care that I had my attorney call them either and Kenneth replied to the attorney that I would end up paying for all the paperwork since Hawk Chevrolet had the best attorneys. I opened a case with Chevrolet and was assigned to Michelle ext.5912061 case# 9-5375538706 who only backed up whatever deal Kenneth gave me. I asked to be escalated to a senior manager and she was extremely rude and also backed the dealer up with wanting me to remove my bad reviews and sign a waiver at the dealership to not write any bad review against the dealer in order to get my tires back. I was also going to have service completed for a paint defect on the tail gate and set up an appointment with Service director Bill Webb for Monday, August 12th and was promised a car rental at the time of service. I called to confirm my appointment ahead of time that Monday and was told Bill was on vacation, there was no appointment set up or car available like originally stated. I was also referred to by my Brother who went with me at the time of purchase and was told he would get a $100 referral bonus sent to him. Till this date he has not received a check. This is my first experience buying a vehicle from Chevrolet and probably my last. The consumer is not protected in these transactions.
