I was very pleased with the associate, Kevin, he definitely understood the problem.this was the fifth time I have returned with the same problem. He said this should not happen so he contacted gm.th definitely understood the problem.this was the fifth time I have returned with the same problem. He said this should not happen so he contacted gm.they agreed and they said hawk should fix the problem at their recommendation and they would absorb the cost. Went in for a battery replacement. A few days later my suv turned off while driving it, turned out my battery posts were loose. Also, looks like they had to loosen my coolant reservoir to get to the batte suv turned off while driving it, turned out my battery posts were loose. Also, looks like they had to loosen my coolant reservoir to get to the battery, that was also loose, luckily I found the screws for that laying under the hood. More
