Great Buy I had recently moved to Washington and spent a lot of moey into fixing my cousin's car to make it driveable. Two and a half weeks ago, at about 9:30 at night, I was on my way home from work, which is six blocks from my house. I was sitting at a stoplight and someone who probably was texting, totaled my car because they were paying attention and couldnt stop. The entire drivers side was damaged, with the rear tire rim being crushed and the axle bent. I had to deal with all the insurance nonsense. In fact, I am still dealing with insurance nonsense. I didnt get any where near the money back that I put into fixing the car just 6 months prior, and they are still withholding my deductible because the other guy's insurance is still trying to verify coverage. I had to rent a car to get to work, and until the other insurance comapy takes care of things are their end, I have no hope of recouping the rental expenses either. Knowing that even though I am entitiled to a rental vehicle, they would not let me take my time to find a car. So I found myself in the irritating position of HAVING to look for a car and QUICK, all the while going to work and doing my normal routine. Ironically, the idiot that hit me was a salemans at Lake City Toyota. After finding a lot of cars online, dealing with craigslist scammers and small dealerships that misrepresented cars online, I decided to check out Lake City Toyota because he said if my car was totalled, that I should go see him and he would help "hook me up." I moved up here and was looking for a scientist job at a biotech company and havent found one yet, so all the money in my savings was for emergency. I already spent money to fix a car, so I didnt want to be spending more money for a car that I shouldnt have needed to be buying. So I didnt want to buy a new car, I had already paid off all of my student loans and was debt free so didnt want to finance. I saw a used 2013 Nissan Sentra online at Lake City Toyota. That was the only car that interested me. I went down here, saw the car, it was nice and drove well. I wanted this car. I made them an offer, even went up to the maximum I was willing to pay, they didn't take it. Cash buy now. The guy who hit me didnt make anything happen. They tried to show me other cars. I said no, I read Yelp reviews and they have had 6 complaints to the BBB. I was like I am not going to buy something and have to fix it as soon as I drive off the lot. They called me the next day and told me to come in. I asked if there was a reason, insinuating as to whether or not they were entertaining my offer. He said come in because it will be better to negotiate in person. So I went in. I told them I only have a few hours because I had to leave for work. They waste my time trying to get me to lease a car and/or buy new, even though I told them I was only interested in that car, didnt want new, didnt want to finance, and didnt want a lease. SUre enough, they wasted my time and I was late to work. However, after this ordeal, I knew what I was looking for. I knew I wanted a Nissan. So now the search for a car was little more focused. I saw a few other cars that werent great, and made some offers. These companies didnt like the offer, even though the car was NOT as advertised. Then I came across Advantage Nissan. It was definitely far from where I lived, but I figured I would check it out. I took the adventure across the Edmonds Ferry (never road on one before) and drove down to Bremerton. I looked at the car and test drove it. It was nice, 2015 Nissan Sentra. Newer car, certified pre-owned, for less than the 2013 one I looked at at Lake City Toyota. I spent a little more than I wanted too for this car, but I have a newer, certified pre-owned with limited extended warranty. THe extra money is worth the peace of mind of knowing this car wont break down or need major costly repairs anytime soon. It was used and had some issues, the people at Advantage Nissan took care of them for me before leaving the lot. The staff was friendly and gave me some pointers of things to do and see before heading back over the Ferry. Upon driving home, I noticed a few more things with the car that went unoticed when I bought it. They told me bring it back in and we got everything squared away. I really appreciate their customer service and their motto of customer satisfaction. Not too many dealerships operate lilke that. They want you to buy a car and they get out. Buyer beware. These guys at Advantage Nissan, want you to enjoy not only the car, but also the experience, because they know if you do, they will either get referrals or repeat customers. Good experience and I love my car. Only problem is now worrying about keeping my nice car clean and damage free....hehe. More

Don showed that he cared by not going to far out of my price range, but made sure I walked out of the dealership with confidence and more importantly a beautiful new car.
