He took our shockingly cold and stressful day and provided us a little cozy and unexpectedly welcome break. Don made my whole family comfortable with his professional yet relaxed demeanor and sales approach. He listened to our wants and needs carefully and then talked about our options, even offering outside considerations. He made us feel like we were equals, answered all of our questions without any pretension or disrespect, and didn't put the high sales heat on and when we told him that we still had a few other vehicles to check out. Don also made our Murano test drive fun with his candor, yet informative. He even offered our daughter one of his baked goodies from home, that he had stashed away in his desk.
