Since this is a new car some of the switches we were not aware of. We pulled into the dealership and said to Virgil one of the salesmen about the situation and that the only window that worked was the driver side. Virgil came out and explained the lock switch to us. He was very kind and made us feel positive about our experience. Again Advantage Nissan hits a home run with us. More
