Joe especially worked hard to make sure all our expectations were met, that we got a good deal and that we were satisfied with our deal. The entire sale was really left up to me and I feel like if I said "no" to an item or option that they took me at my word and did not push. On the other hand, they presented me with options that entirely made sense and worked out being very good deals for me. When I left with my new truck there was no buyers remorse or any of the negative feelings one sometimes experiences after a high dollar purchase like this. More

I wanted to make sure the drive was not going to be a waste so we asked them to send additional pictures and videos, and boy were they quick! I got the pictures and videos, and was able to settle on a price in 2 days! Great communication, sent me text messages because I was working and that was the easiest way for me. When we got there the car was everything they said it would be! I was so shock because of all the horrors stories I've heard about dealers..
