New Toyota lease - great experience I spent the last week visiting dealerships and trying to get all the things I wanted in a car at a price that worked for me. My sales rep Amber approached me, answered all my questions, and helped me pick a Toyota that fit all of my needs. Amber picked a car for me to test drive that I fell in love with and purchased that day. The financing/leasing department was very easy to work with and accommodating to help me lease with zero down payment. Would recommend Amber and advantage Toyota to anyone! More

Service Dept not helpful We bought a 2017 RAV 4 Limited in Jan 2017. We installed the remote starter and that did not seem to work if you were more than 15ft away. So we took We bought a 2017 RAV 4 Limited in Jan 2017. We installed the remote starter and that did not seem to work if you were more than 15ft away. So we took it to the dealership and asked them to look into it. The service agent advised us that it needs the signal extender and that he would call us as soon as the part was delivered. It has been 3 weeks since we went to the dealership. We must have called at least 10 times and every time we get the same answer that "the part has not arrived." It seems like we are on our own after buying the car from ADVANTAGE TOYOTA IN VALLEY STREAM. They are not willing to help us at all and giving us a run around. Additionally the service agents are all VERY RUDE. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
