I had the most pleasurable experience in purchasing a brand new car with a car sales person ever! There was no pressure and she explain every option and accessorie about the car in great detail. Every time I come for service I always have some sort of issue,. Although the intake employee was ok the people you have at the cashier desk are not very good. All this changed when I walked into Advantage Toyota. They say first impressions is everything. I was very impressed by the level of service as soon as I walked through the door. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I met with Shana Harrison who sat down with me and explained the difference between leasing and financing, she showed me several cars that suited my needs. I have to say she was very knowledgeable and as someone who gets very bored easily, she had my full attention. I also had the opportunity to meet Liz Core, she went over all my paperwork in detail with me, she took her time and made sure I understood everything. I am happy to say I left the lot with a new car and a big smile. The level of service I experienced today was exceptional and way beyond my expectations.
