I have highlander 2019 with jerky transmission when i have just 15k miles on it but when ever i go to any dealership they do diagnosis and then give my car back with no problem but i have a issue i went have just 15k miles on it but when ever i go to any dealership they do diagnosis and then give my car back with no problem but i have a issue i went outside they told me my transmission is Really bad it has to change but toyota dont want to change coz its just drove 50k so they know iys underwarranty thats why they dont want to do anything poor service More

The service was excellent. They kept me informed about what needed to be done how long it would take ( they had to order a part) and how much it would cost. The worst possible service. I brought my car in for a recall, I had made an appointment the week prior. I left my car all day when I went to pick it up they said they didn’t have the parts in stock and I recall, I had made an appointment the week prior.
