Back breaks making noise. Took my Highlander for evaluation and was told need new breaks. I questioned why after getting new breaks on 11/2018 that I need to do the same again 8/2020. I was told th evaluation and was told need new breaks. I questioned why after getting new breaks on 11/2018 that I need to do the same again 8/2020. I was told the master mechanic did the evaluation. Paid $715.43 to change the back brakes again along with what was recommended. The next day after the service the back brakes were making even louder noise. I had to take it back. Not sure if anything was done because I can still hear the noise. I not sure if they needed to change the breaks because the noise is still there. All a scam. Not taking back my car there. I am never certain if Andy is selling up the service. In 2018 when I handed the paper work to retrieve my keys the two guys looked at the receipt and shocked their heads as to indicate disbelieve at the $779.70 charged. There needs to be some regulations around there dealerships services. More
