My car was done in decent time. My advisor contacted me appropriately and I picked up my car. But I had to come back 2 days later because they didn't put a new sticker on my windshield. I called the same m appropriately and I picked up my car. But I had to come back 2 days later because they didn't put a new sticker on my windshield. I called the same morning I came back. I was told that the advisor who handled my car would call me back. After about 2-3 hours I decided to just drive straight in. The person who received me at least she showed remorse and assured me I would be taken care of right away and out in no time. She was right. The only bright spot here. More

Good service but needs to set up a better system when dropping off your car.Marked designated lanes and signs to direct customers needed with only one intake lane open, and notify when scheduling your a dropping off your car.Marked designated lanes and signs to direct customers needed with only one intake lane open, and notify when scheduling your appointment . Unsafe cars backed up into the street free for all to get in single line. Due to Covid restrictions this needs to be addressed it’s been going on long enough. More
