Service dept is going downhill rapidly Brought my car in for basic maintenance and NYS inspection. New system due to Covid so can't actually sit down with service advisor and discuss . Picked up my car and was told they don't drive it up to front anymore because of Covid. Odd since they drove it in and out of the shop and back and forth to the lot. Wasted 15 minutes looking for the car which was parked behind the building. Funny thing is both my dad and sister serviced their cars same week and had their cars brought to them. Got home and looked over invoice only to find unauthorized charges for work i didn't request. Called them several times and tried to get my advisor, William, or service manager but never available. Left several messages over the course of the week, never heard back from anyone. Finally called my credit card to dispute the charge. More

I took my 2019 Rav 4 in for its inspection and overall I took my 2019 Rav 4 in for its inspection and overall had a great experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect with this Covid-19 happening. But I felt I took my 2019 Rav 4 in for its inspection and overall had a great experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect with this Covid-19 happening. But I felt very safe. Every staff member was wearing a face mask. There was comfortable seating inside the building and it was spaced apart. They provided hand sanitizer. I dropped my car at about 11am and Was called at 12:45pm to say it was ready for pick up. There was a lot of people so I honestly thought it would of taken longer. But overall I was happy with my experience at Valley Stream Toyota! Thank you! More
