Incredibly long wait even though I had an appointment. I had a 2 PM appointment. I arrived 5 minute early and had to wait outside for 10 minutes before I was even let into the facility. I then waited ano I had a 2 PM appointment. I arrived 5 minute early and had to wait outside for 10 minutes before I was even let into the facility. I then waited another 5 minutes before anyone came over to check me in. I was then told to go sit and wait to be called. At 2:25 I finally went into the service manager and asked why I was still waiting to be checked in. The response was when you go to a doctor even though you have an appointment you still have to wait. Is this the way to address a customer. To make a long story short I finally was on my way at 5 PM with instructions to unpair my phone which was probably the cause of the problem since I had not updated my phone. Seriously I was set up on automatic updates. Long waits seem to be the norm at most service stations. More

Scheduled Maintenance The service was ok. Not great. May have paid a little much for labor. Also, the wait to just get my car in the garage was ridiculous. Service people The service was ok. Nobody opened the door so I can drive my car in. I had to wait a while. This place has friendly people but they really need to be more efficient. The waiting is just plain stupid and bad for business. More
