My appointment was scheduled and made during a convenient time for me. My advise even with your appointment time, arrive earlier because they do take walk-ins and it could slow the process a little. Refreshments are available; coffee, tea, bagels, and vending machines. ( bagels) could be better) The waiting room is large and there’re is a very nice size television to keep you entertained. When my vehicle was completed, I received a text message, voucher to wash my car and I was on the road again. Thanks Advantage!!!!! More

I'm always treated well!!! Had a great visit with Andy and TJ! Service was quick and I was out in under 2 hours!! I made the mistake of getting a quick inspection (which my car Had a great visit with Andy and TJ! Service was quick and I was out in under 2 hours!! I made the mistake of getting a quick inspection (which my car passed) at a local spot and was told I needed brakes ASAP. Guess what....Didn't need them! I have at least another 3,000 mile to go which leads me into about the time of my next service. GREAT NEWS and saved me hundreds! Beware of local shops, I brought my car from Valley Stream Advantage and that the only place I have my car serviced!! Pay a bit more for HONEST service!!! Be sure to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! More
