Prius service review I brought my 2013 Prius three in for standard service (84,802 miles). Andy, the service advisor, was who helped me. I've dealt with him before and he is the epitome of what a great customer service representative/advisor should be. Helpful, knowledgeable, direct, doesn't try to upsell me with any "hard line" tactics. The only thing I added to the standard service (new windshield wipers) I was thinking of doing myself, but he mentioned it after I remarked about my windshield. I said, "sure, replace them". I bought the car at this dealership and have brought it back for service every time. I find the staff pleasant/knowledgeable, doesn't waste my time, and the price is at the very least, right on target when I compare it to other places. I'll probably continue returning for servicing my Prius for the foreseeable future. More
