I visited this dealer to ask about servicing my vehicle. I waited 15 minutes in the "service" office and still on one spoke to me. I bought two cars there and this is first maintenance for my Prius. Patti took care of it quickly on Friday evening when i dropped it off, and even informed me of future maintenance that was paid for. She my Prius. She called me on Saturday to let me know when it was going "into maintenance", gave me an estimated time it would be ready, and called to tell me when it was done. When I came to pick it up, she explained the report, and also gave me information on my wife's car (her Corolla's first maintenance is due soon), and advice on when I could bring it in. All this information and service was given cheerfully, and courteously. I enjoyed having her as our service rep, and the service was excellent as well!! I would recommend this location for anyone owning a Toyota. Very well organized. More

i went to Advantage service on tuesday may 7th; I needed to have my right side mirror replaced. I was told the part had to be ordered and that I would have to return to have the mirror installed. I returned on thursday may 9th at 9:30 AM and was quickly taken care of by Joseph Suppa. Within 2 hours the job was completeded and I was very satisfied with the quality of the work.. I have been going to Toyota Advantage for service for many years and have always been very pleased with their staff and the overall work performed on my 2007 Toyota Camary. More

Brought car into dealership to have 2 recalls addressed, rough idle, bent metal shield beneath vehicle replaced, oil change and cabin air filter. When I got the car back the front passenger wheel well shiel rough idle, bent metal shield beneath vehicle replaced, oil change and cabin air filter. When I got the car back the front passenger wheel well shield that protects the engine compartment from debris kicked up by wheel was missing, engine still running very rough. Contacted scion customer care, the dealership and still haven't been helped. No one seems to be contacting me regarding these issues. Next step is small claims court and social media. More
