We contacted this reviewer privately through DealerRater to determine who "Babba20" is - as no name was supplied and we couldn't figure out who (s)he is. Our dealership is seriously committed to customer service, and we asked for like more details about what we did that upset him/her. We wanted to know which employee(s) did you deal with him/her and what that person say or did that made "Babba20" feel like xxxx. As "Babba20" neither read our response and attempt to reach out to him/her, nor contacted us via any other method, we're left to believe that this was a bogus review.
