Tire was never rotated but was stated that it was on my service document. I confronted them and was told to bring it back in the shop but I said no. The service was fine, but the process of making the appt. was not. I had difficulty confirming appt. and the AI assistant was USELESS. I wasted almost an hour to make appt. and confirm it. Service was for tire rotation, but they also did oil change and additional service. However, I keep getting emails, texts, and messages when I turn on the car that I need an oil change. Please correct your records. I am feeling harassed with all your service reminders. Also, my car inspection is due in August, but I received multiple emails & texts to set up an appt. already in early May. It is much too soon to make an appt. Stop with all the excess texts and service reminders. More
