They worked on a recall issue on our 2020 Outback and returned our vehicle with a dead battery then told us they weren't responsible. So do you (Subaru) really want me to tell you how you did? The dealership is really great, and we've purchased three new vehicles from Adventure, but this last visit was so irritating I cannot give a good review on such poor service. *NOTE: They did eventually replace the battery but I believe it was quite reluctantly that they did so. The service representative wasn't going to do so as they explained to me that the battery was over a year old and wasn't under warranty. Really? Who trains these service techs? They don't even understand basic battery longevity? Otherwise, everyone else there is great! 5 stars to the rest of the bunch. More
