If I could leave no stars I would. My mom retired at the start of the year and is now on a fixed income. She bought a 2018 Subaru Forester late 11/2024. The first week the battery was dead and other minor issues started cropping up. I regret that she did not inquire on voiding the sale at that point. Within 6 months the check engine light, A/T oil temp light etc. came on. She is being told she will need a new transmission for $6000-$7000. Her mechanic has been in touch with the dealership and Subaru discussing any assistance/recourse given the extreme and immediate issues she has had to no avail. Only 5500 miles has been driven since purchase. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. If you do you might as well add 6-7K to your budget a buy a new or at least newer car from a respectable and accountable location. Or just make sure you won't have to actually drive the car you are buying. More
I was recently in a serious auto accident in which my Forester was a total loss. Lynn at Adventure Subaru was fantastic in helping me get into another vehicle. We talked about a new Forester Wilderness and then a day or so later she called me just to let me know about two certified Wildernesses that had come into the dealership. Her call was to simply let me know, it wasn't about pressuring for a sale, just to let me know a way to save some money. The whole Adventure Team was helpful and understanding of the financial burden that comes with such an accident. The sales manager, Dave Eartly, offered me a loaner to use once I had to return my insurance rental and before I could pick up the new vehicle. The finance department made it easy to get the paperwork complete, all while dealing with a new computer system. They allowed me to drive off the lot with my new car with simply a deposit while we waited for the funds to be transferred for my down payment. I cannot thank the team enough for their help and kindness. More

They blew up my Radio/Navagation on my 2018 Touring Edition. Then replaced it with a the wrong Radio/Navagation system. Then I had to drive around with the radio/Navagation systems squeaking every bump Edition. Then replaced it with a the wrong Radio/Navagation system. Then I had to drive around with the radio/Navagation systems squeaking every bump and dip in the road. Then I took the Vehicle in last month for them to tighten up the radio and I had the front end jerking all over the place. They tightened the radio and said they didn't hear any squeaks. They could not find anything wrong with my front end. I had to take the car to Firestone and they told me the lane assist was on because the certified xxxxxxat Adventure Subaru couldn't find anything wrong with my 2018 touring Outback. I finally took the Vehicle to another dealership to found out my stabilizers ends were bad and at 46000 miles the struts were shot. I asked them to test drive my Vehicle when I took it in for the front end jerking all over the road. All they did was put the Vehicle on a alignment machine and said every thing looks good here. Then my Vehicle was finished on a Tuesday. I went over there on Friday of that week and the service guy said sorry I did not get a chance to call you that my Vehicle was finished on a Tuesday. These people are dishonest and they did not treat my Outback like they're Vehicle. I called them to complain, I emailed them to complain then I finally went over there to talk to them about my Touring Outback they asked me to leave. The owner was too embarrassed to come out and talk to me. So I left and was home 40 minutes and the Sheriff showed up at my door wanting to know what was wrong. I told them my Horror story with Adventure Subaru and they said they know how dealers can be. I reported them to the BBB and Subaru of America. I can't believe they called the Sheriff on me. I should of called the Sheriff when they blew up my Radio/Navagation. More

Walked in Cold and Walked out happy Dan Parker was the perfect fit for me. A no nonsense guy who listened intently and then acted according to my wishes. He listened to my "I need" and Dan Parker was the perfect fit for me. A no nonsense guy who listened intently and then acted according to my wishes. He listened to my "I need" and "Gotta have" in addition to "Don't wants" and produced a proposal that caught me off guard. I chatted a bit more, asked a couple more questions and we came to an agreement. When he couldn't find a vehicle that fir he suggested I order exactly what I wanted and we closed the deal. It was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Now that I have my new Forester it is living up to my expectations. Thank You Dan and Adventure Subaru. Rachel Lufkin is an outstanding Product Specialist. She know Subaru technology and was very gracious during the time I spent with her reviewing the features and how to use them of my new Forester. More
