Affinity RV Service, Sales & Rentals

This is the third time I have had an RV serviced at affinity and the second time that the repairs were subpar and required additional work while I was traveling. This time an axle that they replaced in May had nine bolts that anchored the axle to the frame none of which were tightened completely and all of which came loose while I was traveling in Alberta Canada. The cost to be on this trip was almost $3500 and affinity has denied any responsibility. they have refused to reimburse me for the cost of the repairs while I was traveling and my accommodations. I find this completely unacceptable and will be suing them to recover this money. Once again this is the second of three times I have had an RV repaired and the repairs required additional repairs while I was traveling. Do not take your RV to affinity for service! More
