These guys bring new meaning to the word pushy salesmen. I told them that I did not want my credit ran until I decided whether or not I wanted to buy a car from them. I told them that I needed to comfortable with the price tag and vehicle before they ran it. This is because having several places run your credit for a loan can actually hurt your credit. The young salesman who was working with me said fine but asked me to fill the paperwork out anyway so that it would be ready to go if I decided to buy a car. I did everything but sign it so that they couldn't run my credit. Then the Manager came out of his office and told me to sign the paperwork and when I refused he got really angry and yelled at me. I will never visit this dealership again, but that did not stop them from adding me to some stupid call list. They called me twice after that trying to get me to come look at their lot. The first two times I politely declined. Then they called twice more. The third time I told them "This is the third time you have called, I'm not interested, you guys were rude to me, I will never buy from your dealership, EVER!" The fourth time they call I used expletives which seemed to drive the point home that I was not interested in their business. Bottom line: Avoid these guys like the plague and DO NOT give them your phone number. One rude sales pitch is quite enough. More

i Came in looking for a car after an accident left me without one and I was greeted as I walked in and asked how my day was and how the salesman could help. NOT A BBB CREDITED BUSINESS!!! NO STARS. THE GM IS THE WORST MANAGER I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! We walked in with a 2004 car trade in and $2000 cash to find a used truck. We were not even ALLOWED to LOOK at the trucks until we filled out all of the credit paperwork, even though we we did not need financing. After, the GM "approved" us even though we were looking for a direct trade, we went to go look at the trucks and I mentioned that we were from out of town and I had to drive to Bend to get my title for my car. THEY REFUSED US TO EVEN LOOK AT A CAR WE WANTED TO BUY THE SAME WEEK BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T FINALIZE THE DEAL THAT DAY. The General Manager's EXACT words according to our salesman was, he didn't want to WASTE THEIR TIME unless they were doing a deal that day. I think you owe us, the CUSTOMER for the time that we wasted during our awful degrading experience with you and your sleezy car lot. I could spend a whole day reading the awful reviews and sad stories people are posting about this horrible place, I wish I would have seen them before I let my family walk in there and get treated like dirt.
