I bought a brand new truck in July 2025. I have had the truck in and out of the service department for multiple issues involving sunroof issues, sound system issues, and the truck shaking on I have had the truck in and out of the service department for multiple issues involving sunroof issues, sound system issues, and the truck shaking on the highway. Every time I pick up the truck, a new issue arises. The sound system has been "updated" each time and the dealership says that "protocol" will not allow them to fix the issue that is known; they told me to wait for the recall because this issue has been reported over and over. Not only is the truck having issues, the service department is always out of loaner vehicles and you must bring in your vehicle to get on the 7-10 day waiting list before it is seen. If you want to purchase a "new" vehicle or bring in your vehicle for quality "dealership service", Aggieland Chevrolet is not the place. More
Car model we wanted was here so we knew what we wanted and talked to sales before arriving to purchase. When we got there sales treated my wife, who was the one buying the car, with no respect. She picked the car, pays for the car, is the owner of the car. Billy in sales kept talking past her to me regardless of what we told them. They were disrespectful and rude. Months later now we are trying to get our plates. Again they are rude and lie over and over. 2 weeks ago they had our plates and said they would mail them that day to get them the next. 1 week ago we got the same response. 3 days ago the same but we also asked for a temporary plate in our email as the one we got with the sale was expiring. Today the temporary plates we got with the sale have expired and we still have nothing from them. On top of that when I called I got the same lies and was hung up on. The fight to be able to legally drive our new car continues even now. More
My $70 weathertech sunshade was missing from my truck after having work done to it. Was offered an oil change in compensation but I refused as I do my own oil change. My 76 year old husband went to Aggieland Chevrolet to get his car inspected on Wed. 8/16. The service person said they couldn't open the hood and it would be $180 to DIAGNOSE the problem. Thankfully, my hu his car inspected on Wed. 8/16. The service person said they couldn't open the hood and it would be $180 to DIAGNOSE the problem. Thankfully, my husband said thanks and left. We went to Quicker Sticker in Bryan and they popped his hood with no problem and the car passed inspection. I don't know what kind of scam they are running at Aggieland Chevrolet but I will be following up on this. It's a federal crime to scam the elderly. More
Horrible service every single time on my 2023 Corvette. Let me list the issues in the last 12 months. 1) Took 3 days to do basic 7500 mile service. This was scheduled in advance. It was supposed to take a few hours. 2) Pre-track inspection and high performance brake fluid- scheduled this and brought it on. Called an hour later to be told they couldn't do either and to pick it up. 3) Brake work- Dropped off after a track weekend and burned through the stock pads and damaged all 4 rotors. Rotors ordered from Michigan. A week later they finally arrive. Car sits another full week with no work done then Friday afternoon they actually do some work and realize they ordered the wrong rotors. So Monday it will be sitting there a FULL TWO WEEKS with nothing done. More
