Good people to deal with I initially came to Airpark Jeep in Nov 2016 because it was one of the three dealerships recommended by my insurance carrier. I had been to another o I initially came to Airpark Jeep in Nov 2016 because it was one of the three dealerships recommended by my insurance carrier. I had been to another of the three and they were hardballing me on the purchase price. I had specked the price of the Jeep I wanted on Kelly Blue Book website and the price was within the parameters cited by my insurance carrier. My sales rep had agreed to it but the sales manager would have none of it. Airpark was right on with the price that they would sell the jeep I wanted. Their service has been responsive and the service rep answered all of my questions. I don't anticipate buying another new automobile at my age but should I need to they will be in the mix for the purchase. More

Made an appointment online, checked all items that apply. #1 fix tire pressure, light is on. #2 oil change, #3 There was some kind of pulsating, poss Made an appointment online, checked all items that apply. #1 fix tire pressure, light is on. #2 oil change, #3 There was some kind of pulsating, possibly the tire out of balance. Other incidental items were a 2 recalls and a multi point check, low priority. Gave service advisor same list when I arrived at my appointment time. Called service advisor at 12:30pm to check on car, left a message. She called me back 1 hour later completely unprepared, asked her about my top 3 items she did not know. She called me back about 3:00pm said the car would be ready by 4:00pm, again I asked about my top three items, again unprepared, she only new the oil change was done. I arrived to pick my car up at 5:00pm, waited for 10 minutes, they paged her 3 times, the she stood 50 feet in front of me laughing it up with another employee for another 5 minutes before she finally went to her office to get my paperwork. They did not fix the tire pressure light or address the pulsing issue. She apologized and said she would come pick my car up at my office. I told her I have to look at my schedule so call me first thing in the morning. She has not called me back. Not happy my time was wasted and the car is not fixed. More
