Very pleased with the service! Our Jeep was towed into the dealership after the service department closed on a Friday night. Saturday morning we were contacted and told what had to Our Jeep was towed into the dealership after the service department closed on a Friday night. Saturday morning we were contacted and told what had to be done and when it would be ready to pick up. We picked up the Jeep on Monday. Great service experience!!!! I recently brought my ram in for some recall work, oil change, rotation, etc. When I first arrived I told my service writer that I needed to be on the I recently brought my ram in for some recall work, oil change, rotation, etc. When I first arrived I told my service writer that I needed to be on the road by 2pm to pick up my son from school. I wasnt promised anything from him, but I was on the road at 1pm that day. I would highly recommend these guys,they go above and beyond for their customers and they care!! More

Lied about warranty coverage I went in for warranty work and they said my repairs weren't covered. I didn't want to pay $800 for the service so I had to pay $150 for them to look I went in for warranty work and they said my repairs weren't covered. I didn't want to pay $800 for the service so I had to pay $150 for them to look at it. I since confirmed the work is very clearly covered by the warranty (this is the Jeep warranty not a 3rd party one). I'm now trying to get a refund and will take it to another dealer for repair. More
