Great service I had needed a lug nut key in case of a flat tire to be able to take the tire off. I was in and out in a hour had coffee and pastry. Jeep service We had an engine warranty issue while vacationing in Scottsdale. Our service advisor told us to go to the dealership and have it taken care of. We too We had an engine warranty issue while vacationing in Scottsdale. Our service advisor told us to go to the dealership and have it taken care of. We took it to Airpark Chrysler Jeep and was taken care of immediately. We brought it in at 3PM and they needed it overnight. Airpark has an arrangement with Enterprise around the corner for $35 per day. I was surprised to get the phone call the next morning by 10:30 AM that it was done. Since it was under warranty it didn’t cost us a thing except for the $35 for the rental. Outstanding service and extremely prompt. We’re very happy with Airpark and recommend it highly. More

Sheila Keilman Saved The Day When I arrived for my oil change and tire rotation they had no record of my appointment. As this was my second attempt to get in I was just going to When I arrived for my oil change and tire rotation they had no record of my appointment. As this was my second attempt to get in I was just going to go somewhere else. Just then Sheila came along and I explained my problem and just asked that they turn my Ram around so I could leave! She replied, “Sir you are here and I am going to get you taken care of now. What do you need? “Ok, I said, I need an oil change, tires rotated, and I have 2 recalls to take of. “How much time do I have?” She asked. “Two hours, I said Well she got the paperwork done and she helped me find the wheelchair ramp and walked me to the waiting room. Two hours later she came and got me and since I had not been there before she helped me to find the cashier who by the way was also really nice. As long as Shiela is there I will be a customer. She really saved the day for me. Thanks Sheila. I was the guy with the walker and the white Ram 1500 Limited. More
