I have had to bring my car back a second time to fix a problem but it was by no means due to a lack of trying. I have always felt they did the job to the best of their ability and if it was not fixed correctly the first time it was not due to not trying. I was not upset to have to return a second time to fix the fix. All the employees at this dealership are wonderful and I want to THANK THEM ALL. I'm a very satisfied customer and would recommend them highly. Oh! Just so you don't think I'm a first time buyer, I have had many cars over the years and have had 5 Jeeps also I'm 60 years young. You replaced the windshield wippers on my van. When I turned them on later in the day one of the blades must have been bent as they were hooked together then came apart but when they came back together t turned them on later in the day one of the blades must have been bent as they were hooked together then came apart but when they came back together they got tangled together badly and what a mess. I drove back to your dealership and you repalced them right away. The rating is based on the return visit. More

I've complained on almost every visit since 24K about steering wobble at certain speeds. Each time I'm told it is my torn up tire treds (but tred depth still good) and despite being balanced I just need steering wobble at certain speeds. Each time I'm told it is my torn up tire treds (but tred depth still good) and despite being balanced I just need to live with it or get new tires. When I brought it in for my 36K (which is also when my manufacturer warranty was set to expire), I complained about the problem again and how it seems to be getting worse, and got same type of answer answer again. Since that service the problem has continued to get progressively worse -- to the point where I no longer felt safe. I just brought it in again for my 39K service and I told the service technician (Michael Calu), who I have not worked with before, about my problem and if we can try spin balancing the tires again and see if we can determine if it is just one tire or multiple and put the worse one on my spare. He said he would take a look at it with tech and review what he finds with me. Later, I was quite surprised to be told that my problem is my Steering Dampener Bracket. While it is nice to know the problem finally, my problem is that I have complained about this for a long time, but only once my warranty ended does someone actually "figure it out"...and now because I am out of warranty, and because I did not buy the correct after warranty plan, I am out of luck. So the repair cost me over $250 for something I am convinced has been a problem for quite awhile. Despite making my case with Michael and him seeing my service history of this complaint, and despite his going to Maureen on my behalf, and despite the story told to me how Maureen went to Chrysler to ask for the item to be warrantied on my behalf, I still got no satisfaction and had to eat the expense myself. This feels like warranty games to me and I am quite disatisfied in both how long it took to find this problem by your staff, and how it was handled in relation to warranty. I've been to Jeep Review.com and found this steering wobble problem is a VERY WELL KNOWN problem with Jeep Wranglers. To be clear though, I have no problem with Michael himself, just the news he had to give me. I have been a strong advocate of my Jeep with others and have talked about how great I thought it was and how much I love it...and I have several friends looking to buy one now...but you can rest assured that I will also share with them this whole steering dampner bracket and the warranty games it feels like were played on my by Airpark. He was extremely accomodating and had everything done in a timely manner and even got me to and from the dealership so that my van could be serviced. He has been great to work with since I moved here from Florida. I certainly didn't get that kind of service there. Thank you once again!! More
My service advisor, Paul Guthart is always friendly and fair. I can see that he likes to build a good relationship with his clientele. I appreciate your courtesy van service as well. Car was 200 miles out of warrantee, and it was leaking oil in the front end. Since this is my second leased Chrysler 300 in 6 years I had hoped that it would still be 100% covered. Unfortunately I still oil in the front end. Since this is my second leased Chrysler 300 in 6 years I had hoped that it would still be 100% covered. Unfortunately I still had to pay $100. Is this what is referred to as planned obsolesence? Now I'll have to think twice before I lease another 300. I believe that the service advisor was as helpful as he could be , given the circumstances. More
I have been coming to Airpark since I returned to the Valley 4 years ago. When I first visited I met John and immediatly felt he truly cared about me the customer as well as my car. He, as well as Mauree Valley 4 years ago. When I first visited I met John and immediatly felt he truly cared about me the customer as well as my car. He, as well as Maureen Working, are the reason I have held on to this car knowing it would always "get me there" no matter how far away "there" was. I was particularly happy that John suggested I extend my warranty for an additional 2 years as it was at its end of a 7 year run. Although I have encountered a few repair issues John and Dave, your mechanic, were always able to make the repairs so that I still felt comfortable driving my car. Although my car is is at a relative low milage level, I suspect I will selll it at the end of my warranty period and given "my team" is still in place I would consider another Jeep Grand Cherokee. John does a a great job. Nothing to do with John but as I drove home I checked the tire pressure and found that the two tires on the griver's side were at 41 psi, the passenger side rear was at 44 and the fr drove home I checked the tire pressure and found that the two tires on the griver's side were at 41 psi, the passenger side rear was at 44 and the front passenger side was 39 as I recall. By the time I got home I was getting an audible signal to check tire pressure. I corrected the issue myself (easy fix but a bad way to send a customer away). More
