We take it very serious when a customer is unsatisfied with their sales or service experience. Our number one priority is to make sure our customers are not just satisfied, but genuinely happy. Unfortunately, that is not always the case. We apologized in person to the customer and offered to reimburse the dealership upon receipt of the R.O. In addition, we still gave the customer the Rancho Shock despite the fact that the customer sold the truck when he was in Texas. Again, we are very disappointed that we let the customer down and have taken appropriate action where needed to ensure that this situation will not happen again. Henry Rivero Service Director
