Exceptional customer service is our goal and when we fall short of that we take it very serious. From what I understand, we have corrected the issue with the head liner. If that is not the case, please get in touch with me personally. We have processes in place that usually prevent this sort of situation from happening. I have spoken with all the service advisors and reminded them not to rush through inspections and have made it a point to look over each vehicle myself. Dear Robert, Sorry for the confusion concerning the Essential Care Policy that you purchased on 1/31/2009. EC714N is a 7 year (84 month) oil, lube and filter contract. The 714 in the policy code stands for 7 years 14 oil changes. Which calculates to 1 every 6 months or 6,000 miles. That is why the cost was only $375.
