I am very pleased with the level of service I receive at Airpark Chrysler. I have routine maintenance performed here and have had some major repairs and body work performed as well. I am always greeted with Airpark Chrysler. I have routine maintenance performed here and have had some major repairs and body work performed as well. I am always greeted with a smiling face when I arrive. I would like to let you know that Paul Guthart has been my advisor since I bought the car at your dealership and is very professional and does a great job of explaining repairs,costs and time needed to do the job. Aaron was great-I actually asked to be switched to him being my Service Advisor permanently, as I have had nothing but horrible service and attitude from Paul Gerhardt. If I could not have changed, I would of found another dealership. As a professional, I expect to be treated like one and telling me there is a skeleton crew on Saturdays so that I would feel it was my problem to get in, then that he needs his Saturdays off too, etc. I had enough. The first time I brought my vehicle in, my son and I had to wait for over 4 hours to get the vehicle back, and called Paul several times to find out the status of my Jeep, of which he still had not called me back and I had to just go to the dealership to find my vehicle was ready and had been waiting for me. However, due to his lack of customer service we had no idea it was ready to go. I do enjoy everyone at Airpark Jeep, however, Mr. Gerhardt was more then I wanted to deal with. The staff and Aaron were terrific this weekend and I could not have asked for better care. You may not remember me Henry, but you as well, have always taken very good care of me and my vehicle and I appreciate that greatly. I brought my car in for a major milage service and while there had a warranty item attended to. Aaron, my "new" service rep, was attentive and complete in describing the work that was done. It was a repeat service visit. Ray Blair was very helpful throughout the experience/visit. The Open was on TV; the place had no customers in the wait area except me--and some sales guys noisily wa helpful throughout the experience/visit. No coffee available unfortunately; no one seemed to be around to ask if coffee could be made (except guys watching Open who weren't drinking coffee) who didn't even acknowledge my existence. Wait area was quite cold but it was a cold day in AZ! Expected wait time was accurate. Car was rinsed off; good service overall from the service department & cashier. On February 4th, I went to get my oil changed at Airpark. Everything was fine until I left the dealership. As I drove my car, I noticed my right (passenger side)view mirror was off so I tried fixing it by a Everything was fine until I left the dealership. As I drove my car, I noticed my right (passenger side)view mirror was off so I tried fixing it by adjusting the auto buttons however it did not work because it was the encasement that was busted and not the mirror. In fact I almost got hit by another car when I changed lane because the encasement moved and was totally out of place; I got home to find the the encasement of sideview mirror completely busted. It would not stay in place nor can it be adjusted. There was nothing wrong with my sideview mirrors prior to going to the dealership so I was very disappointed even more so when I called Airpark the following day on Saturday Feb. 5th to check if I could bring my car in to be fix the damage and was told I needed to bring it the folowing week. I am the kind of person who depends on sideview mirrors when driving so I view this as a serious concern because my safety is compromised. Not only is this an inconvenience but also time consuming to return to the dealership for some damage caused during my oil change at Airpark. Perhaps, the dealership need to run a thorough check on the entire vehicle to check for damages prior to releasing it back to the customer. There was a mixup as far as my coverage and whether or not I should be billed for the oil change. The oil changes were rolled into my financing package, but weren't showing up as being covered. My Jeep went in for a warranty repair & again my service advisor Michael Calu was extremely helpful in handling the situation very promptly & efficiently. Terry from service assisted in this process by checkin my Jeep in & directing me to the Enterprise rental counter. Michael also helped me with the MPP rep about the disappearing deductible. Since purchasing this Jeep in March 2010, I only have it serviced at Airpark & will continue to only service it at Airpark, due in large part to the quality employees with excellent customer service skills. Steve did a great job coordinating my warranty issue repairs. The truck looks great and is running great. Steve coordinated with Chrysler to repair and replace two warrant issues that had not been corre repairs. The truck looks great and is running great. I had my Jeep Wrangler serviced on 1/10/11, due to it shaking on occasion. $296.00 later my vehicle still shakes, in fact even worse than before I brought it in for service. Aaron did state that it would probably still shake and recommended I purchase new tires, which are not required at this time per Discount Tires. I feel my time and funds were not well spent. I am very frustrated and dissatisfied with Airpark. I will not recommend OR bring any of my vehicles into service at your location. April Schneider More
