Well first, my 2015 Ford F150 was vandalized on their property while awaiting engine repairs. My transmission pan was dropped and the lead frame stolen. I had to file an insurance claim because they made it very clear to me, they weren’t liable! After a couple months of getting everything serviced, my gear shifter started acting up. I took it in, since they were the last ones to work on it. They quoted over $900 to replace the shifter cable they said was bad. I declined their service and took it to a local shop instead. The local shop texted me after they lifted the truck and sent pictures of the real issue. The cable goes into a locking mechanism with a latch to secure it. Unfortunately, that cable wasn’t secured and the latch was left open, most likely due to Airport Ford when they performed the work fixing the transmission and engine issues. I was able to get it fixed for $60 bucks by the local shop. Airport Ford is horrible and their service department is the worst! Go somewhere else, they are not honest and will charge you an arm and a leg! More

If I could leave zero stars I would. Took my 2020 Fusion in for the known cracked flex plate issue on January 18th. The first time they called me the gentleman tried to sell me on putting a new transmission in it at a cost to me of over $6000. When I told him that I knew it was just a cracked flex plate and it was a known issue with them he said well we always advise everyone to change the trans so it there are issues later. They give no communication, we called on several occasions and the person we talked to would say it hadn’t even been looked at then the manager would say well we are just waiting to get it in the shop. They had all the necessary parts to complete the repair just kept saying they couldn’t get it in. Why make appointments if you can’t service the cars. Fast forward to when I went to pick it up 35 days later, I went in to get it I stood at the counter for 5 minutes in front of someone only for him to say go to him if you need help very rudely. This place has horrible customer service if you need you car quickly or need a car stay away. They wouldn’t even listen to ford when they asked them to put in for a rental. Terrible experience!!! More
