I went to airport ford for service. This was my first time there and will definitely be my last time. I had “the works” scheduled which would include oil change and tire rotation, etc. They did not rota time there and will definitely be my last time. I had “the works” scheduled which would include oil change and tire rotation, etc. They did not rotate my tires like they claim they did. My husband had marked my tires because he has had issues in the past and we have proof that it was not done. I called them to discuss the matter and they claim they did. It’s not worth my time or hassle to mess with it since I clearly cannot trust them and they will never get another dime from me again. I will also be sure to let everyone that I know that they cannot be trusted. More
