I like my car, it has many bells and whistles, I hope it is a good car and if the warranty is needed it is easy to use. What I do not like, and I very much struggled with, is the extended warranty starts i is a good car and if the warranty is needed it is easy to use. What I do not like, and I very much struggled with, is the extended warranty starts immediately vs starting AFTER the factory warranty is up. The factory warranty expires at 60,000, since the car has 35,000 miles at the time of purchase, there are 25,000 miles left on the Ford warranty, I'm losing those 25,000 miles on the extended warranty. Also, Kerry Toyota offers a life time warranty on the power train, as long as the car is owned, Airport Ford does not. More

Apparently no safety inspection??? Purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer with only 25K miles on it, didn’t think I would need to be concerned about brakes, but was mistaken. I knew the tires Purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer with only 25K miles on it, didn’t think I would need to be concerned about brakes, but was mistaken. I knew the tires were worn, so I took it to my shop to have new tires put on it and was very surprised to learn that the brakes and rotors are so severely worn that the rotors can’t even be turned. Looking at $800 for new brakes on top of the cost to replace tires. Just a bit disappointed that the dealer didn’t catch this prior to the sale. The dealer did “service” it, but nothing was mentioned about brake wear. I purchased 3 new vehicles from them since 2011, this is the first used vehicle I have purchased from them. More
