I highly recommend Anthony in sales, he is very personable and a pleasure to work with. However, I have to consider the whole experience and that's where a lower rating comes in. We bought a certif personable and a pleasure to work with. However, I have to consider the whole experience and that's where a lower rating comes in. We bought a certified vehicle. We took the "certification" as the assurance that everything worked and was inspected on the vehicle. In fact I did say to the finance guy Chris that we did not even have a chance to test and make sure all the buttons worked on the vehicle yet, and he assured us that that's what the 165 point certification inspection was for. It was the first time we ever bought a certified vehicle so we put our trust in the certified inspection. I even asked if we could see the report as to what was on it; again we were told we didn't need to, and the question kinda got skirted over with the signing of the paper work. What kind of protocols are being followed when a buyer cannot even view the inspection report? It's a report that the Buyer pays $499.00 for and I'm not even allowed to look at it? Why not? I went looking online afterwards for the 165 inspection sheet posted from another dealer. I noticed number (145) Jack, Jack handle and lug nuts present. Hum, then why did we have to drive back the next day to pick up the lug nut remover as ours was missing? So, again is someone really doing the 165 Certified inspection or are they just saying that it was done? About 3-4 days later my husband was showing his boss our new vehicle as he has a driveway what set up higher; that's when the sidewall damage on one of the tires was noticed. It had a gouge in it (fairly deep to cause a safety concern). From a distance you can't even tell. It looks as though the tire had scraped up against a curb. I guess this was missed in the certification process by Kia? Number (143) all wheels match and are free of damage. So, a word of caution, if you buy a certified vehicle make sure to still inspect the vehicle yourself!! Someone has a report of the inspection on that vehicle and I'm sure it was signed off by the person who inspected it! So, is this going to even be addressed? Like what kind of protocols are they following when things like this slip through the cracks? We have not even made our first payment yet and we are already paying out money to replace a tire. What management ended up doing for us is replacing the tire at cost (??) for $300, but we found out later we really could have gotten the tire at Walmart for $200. Even that went a little screwy. I specifically asked for the same exact tire brand, size, and thread (like the other 3) Well, after they mount it, and on the way home I pull over at the store and I take a look at it again and notice it's not even the same tire! So, I call service before they close, they then acknowledge it's not the same tire. Well, it sure would have been nice to tell me that before as I know I could have got the matching tire elsewhere. However, Charlie in service rectified the situation by making sure they ordered the right tire and when it came in we went back and had it put on. Charlie remained nice and pleasant and seemed to really want to make it right for us. However, I was not overly impressed with how Kia Certification worked and obviously it failed us. I talked to the internet sales manager. He said that "Kia", not the dealership, certifies the vehicles. So, Kia would most likely say we had done the damage. Therefore, for Kia not having a better resolve / recourse for us in our circumstance I'd give them between 2-3 stars. Not all people lie or make up stories. In my opinion it was either human error that contributed to the damaged tire being overlooked during the inspection process, or the check list was not done. I told Lenard the (internet sales guy) I have 4 Kia's in the family. Two of them are my adult kids. One Kia we just passed down to my son, and he in-turn he just sold his Kia to his friend. So, do you see how just one sale makes a difference for many people? More

Do not sign anything, don't put a deposit on any car, they will literally bump the price of the car once is there and the deposit is not refundable. Had a great experience with the sales guy, and the finance manager Daniel Brodoff, not so great experience with David Copello. Will go to a different dealership on my next purchase. More
I walked into this showroom today, sat in several vehicles, walked past several “sales people” sitting at desks playing on cell phones. After 10 minutes, not a single sales person show any interest vehicles, walked past several “sales people” sitting at desks playing on cell phones. After 10 minutes, not a single sales person show any interest in helping me. I left and called a manager to report my experience (left a message). The manager did not return my call, also showing no interest. They advertise their price sells cars. I guess that is only if you are lucky enough to get a sales person interested in helping with the sale. More
The sales staff, Leonard Lafiura and Trevor Coningsby, were arrogant (they are selling Kia's, right?) and they try to sell their vehicles for well over the list price with an abundance of justifications t were arrogant (they are selling Kia's, right?) and they try to sell their vehicles for well over the list price with an abundance of justifications that are all meaningless and unsubstantiated. I would look at any other Kia dealership in Florida before wasting your time and visiting this dealership. I buy a lot of cars and this is by far the worst dealership I have ever visited. Don't waste your time as there are plenty of other Kia dealerships in Florida that will sell you a vehicle for a fair price and make the experience enjoyable. I purchased my new Telluride SX-Prestige over at Rick Case Kia Sunrise. I saved $5,000 compared to what Airport Kia wanted and purchased the exact same vehicle and they treated me like a king. More
