That was not my experience at Airport Kia, and I couldn’t be more grateful. JJ and Leonard treated me with genuine respect from the moment I walked in. They never made me feel rushed or pressured, and if I had questions or didn’t fully understand something, they took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense—without ever making me feel embarrassed for asking. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the finance manager. Usually, signing all the paperwork is the most intimidating part of buying a car, but he completely changed that experience for me. He was incredibly kind, hilarious, and had me laughing throughout the entire process. In the past, I’ve felt pressured during the finance portion of buying a car to add on extra products or services I didn’t necessarily want. This time, I never felt that pressure. He simply walked me through everything, answered my questions honestly, and made the entire experience feel relaxed instead of overwhelming. From start to finish, everyone at Airport Kia made me feel valued, respected, and genuinely cared for. I left feeling confident in my purchase instead of wondering if I’d been taken advantage of, and that peace of mind is priceless. Customer service like this is hard to find, and JJ, Leonard, and the finance team truly went above and beyond.
